We answer privacy requests within the time the applicable law requires, which is one month under the GDPR. Include enough information for us to identify you and understand your request.
Bug Reports & Tool Issues
If a tool doesn't work as expected, a detailed report helps us find and fix the problem faster. Please include:
- the tool you were using, for example "PNG to JPG converter"
- what you were trying to do
- what happened instead, including any error message
- your browser and operating system, for example "Chrome on Windows 11"
- the steps to reproduce the problem, if you know them
